SERVICED APARTMENTS PHOTOGRAPHY

Photos that do the work of selling your holiday let

The summer of 2021 has seen a boom in demand for UK stays, however that doesn’t guarantee guests for your property, and the interest may be shortlived once international destinations reopen. By investing in high quality marketing visuals for your property let, you know that you’ll have the best chance of getting potential guests to stop scrolling at your property and click to find out more.

I am an experienced accommodation photographer and I provide only the highest quality images to clients who need their property to stand out and secure those all important bookings.

Shoots typically include several different types of shot.

  • First, the all important ‘hero’ shots of the spaces, each professionally lit and blended by hand in the editing process to provide the maximum wow factor.
  • Detail shots supplement the hero images, by focusing on the features that are going to bring out the experience sought by guests.
  • Exterior shots, showing the property, entrance and location. Elevated exterior shots from an elevated pole and drone shots are also available as options.
  • Local area images are an option to complete the marketing by showing the sights and attractions of the surrounding area, whether this is a historic town or open countryside.

While many OTAs are limited to photographs only, you can further lift the marketing on your own website with a bespoke video or 360 virtual tour, ideal for creating a premium appearance for a property and connecting with potential guests.

Cost of photography for serviced accommodation

I provide a bespoke quote for each property, however as a guide, a photo shoot will typically cost you the equivalent of 1-3 nights stay, depending on the property and the number of photos required. As an investment, you could make back the cost of the photo shoot with a single extra booking.

My prices start at £150, which typically provides around 8 hand-crafted images and is suitable for studio or 1-bed serviced apartments.

Did you know: AirBnB has found that holiday lets with professional photography are booked more often, for longer and can charge higher rates.
